Destination Strahan

Recently here in Strahan, Destination Strahan Inc. hosted a luncheon held at Risby Cove and attended by the State Liberal Leaders which included Will Hodgman, Brett Whitely (Braddon), Jeremy Rockliff and Rene Hidding (former Premier) and an excellent gathering of local tourist operators and residents. An open forum was held where Strahan residents were able to voice their concerns over a wide range of issues with foremost concern being over the lack of facilities for Health Services or a local Dr.

With an election year looming very soon it is hoped by all of those who attended this open forum that something will come out of it that will benefit all residents of Strahan and the West Coast.
